Illness at school

If your child becomes ill or should have an accident while at school, you will be notified by phone to come and get your child. It is imperative that the office has current phone numbers on the emergency card. Please make sure that individuals who are authorized to pick up your child from school are listed on the emergency card.

Medication

Parents must supply written authorization designating the name of the medication, required dosage, time intervals, and duration of medication to the office. All medication MUST be in the original container and may not exceed the expiration date. The school is not responsible for lost or spilled medication. Students are not permitted to transport medication to and from school as PWCS policy states. Parents must come to the office and fill out the appropriate forms.
