I have worked with Prince William County Public Schools for over 10 years and am proud to be in my 6th year at Antietam Elementary School. I transitioned into the school counseling role in 2021 because I wanted to have a greater impact on all students within the school community by supporting their academic, social, and emotional growth. Prior to becoming a school counselor, I spent five years as a 2nd Grade teacher with PWCS. Before that, I lived in Atlanta, Georgia, where I worked as a Pre-K teacher for two years. I graduated from Gar-Field High School in Woodbridge, Virginia, and went on to play soccer at Longwood University, where I earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family. My husband and I have two children who attend Antietam Elementary, which makes this school community especially meaningful to me. I am grateful to be part of the Antietam family and look forward to helping our students learn, grow, and thrive.
