2nd graders are learning about different types of natural disasters in art right now. We are about to start a crazy project with tons of different materials such as paint, cotton, aluminum foil, string, paper, chalk, etc. Here are some examples of what your child's artwork may look like. Students were told that they may bring in some of their own materials. If your child would like a specific material to add to their project they are more than welcome to bring it to art class. They should bring their materials to art in a ziploc bag with their name on it. The bigger variety of materials we have for this project the better the projects will turn out. They do not need to bring chalk, pastel, paint, paper, crayons, and markers since I have enough of those materials for everyone.  Wondering when your child has art check my schedule on my opening page.
